Abdominal distension. Failure to pass urine.

Patient Data

Age: 3 days
Gender: Male

Soft-tissue density mass in the midline just above the pubic symphysis. 

Case Discussion

The soft tissue density mass arising from the pelvis was confirmed to be a very full bladder at ultrasound.
