Patient underwent prostate/pelvic MRI due to mildly elevated PSA.

Well-defined 3 cm, slightly lobulated mass extending exophytically from the right lateral aspect of the bladder base.
The lesion is low signal on T2 and intermediate signal on T1 and appears to be arising from the muscle layer.
DWI/ADC was non-contributory due to artefact from the patients right total hip replacement.
