The patient had hypospadias and a catheter inserted from the ventral aspect for contrast media injection. Visualized penile and also bulbomemberanous segments of the urethra appear normal. Suspected stricture is noted at the bladder neck and proximal of the prostatic segment of the urethra accompanied by Cowper glands enhancement.
Case Discussion
Bladder neck and proximal prostatic urethral strictures in a patient with hypospadias, probably iatrogenic.
