Urinary bladder is small and shows marked marginal irregularity and trabeculation with multiple contrast media out pouching inferring diverticula. No passive vesicoureteral reflux is noted.
Case Discussion
Regarding to history of long standing prostate enlargement features are compatible with bladder outlet obstruction. Neurogenic bladder could be considered in differential list for this radiologic appearance.
