Ultrasound imaging shows bilateral hydronephrosis and unvisualized bladder neck.

Bilateral hydronephrosis and hydroureter (arrows) with marked bladder prolapse into the vagina and beyond, kinking the distal ureters (arrows).

Case Discussion

Cystocele (bladder prolapse) represents herniation of the urinary bladder through the weakened supportive fascia of the anterior vaginal compartment.
