There is a large heterogeneous mass arising from the bladder wall that is T2 hyperintense with heterogeneous contrast enhancement and no areas of fat supression. Features are most in keeping with a bladder rhabdomyosarcoma.
Case Discussion
The large mass arising from the bladder wall was biopsied at cystoscopy and was confirmed to be a bladder rhabdomyosarcoma.
