Presentation

Medical history of benign prostatic hyperplasia and hyperuricosuria presented with lethargy and acute renal failure.

 CT scan demonstrates innumerable variable size stones within the bladder, associated with thickened bladder wall and bilateral hydronephrosis (not shown here). Bladder catheter balloon is also visible.
