Presentation

A 15 weeks of gestation woman presenting with dysuria and gross hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

There are two signal void stones measuring about 27*36 mm and 15*30 mm within the urinary bladder.

Gestational age according to fetus biometry is about 16 weeks.

Case Discussion

The development of a symptomatic stone during pregnancy is a rare event. The rate is similar to nonpregnant women of childbearing age.
