65 year old female with vague left loin pain

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Female

CT demonstrates a mass at the left vesicoureteric junction (VUJ) resulting in a degree of left sided hydronephrosis and hydroureter. 

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (subsequently confirmed histologically).
