Enlarged prostate bulging the bladder floor.
Mural broad-based polypoid lesion arising from the left internal aspect of Bladder. The lesion shows internal flow on Doppler.

Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) is the most common primary neoplasm of the bladder, and bladder TCC is the most common tumor of the entire urinary system.
