Presentation

MVA - bumped his forehead against the steering wheel.

Patient Data

Age: 18 years
Gender: Male
ct

No traumatic finding.

All four ventricles are dilated. On sagittal images, the median aperture is widened and the fourth ventricle balloons posteriorly, beneath the cerebellum. Findings in keeping with Blake's pouch cyst.

Several bony anomalies:
Undeveloped right side of sphenoidal sinus.
The center of posterior arch of C1 is unfused.
C2-C3 block vertebra.
