Low intensity diffuse abdominal pain 4 months ago. Cholecystectomy. No other findings. No hematuria.

Bifid left ureter with the proximal blind-ending branch.

CT confirm the bifid left ureter with the blind-ending branch coursing anterior to and connecting with the orthotopic ureter at its distal portion.

Case Discussion

Bifid ureter with a blind-ending branch is a rare congenital anomaly. It may be symptomatic, presenting with nonspecific abdominal pain.
