From the case: Block vertebra - thoracic

T5 and T6 vertebral fusion across the vertebral bodies and posterior elements. Tiny residual disc space. Ossification between the right posterior 5th and 6th ribs. Prior Ivor Lewis procedure. No aggressive focal osseous lesion.

Case Discussion

Block vertebra is in incidental finding without a clear cause for back pain identified.
