Almost complete fusion of vertebral bodies L2 and L3. Block vertebrae.
Scoliosis.
Degenerative changes in the spine.
Case Discussion
Taking into consideration presence of osteoporosis, acquired block vertebrae cannot be excluded, but if so, then older trauma can be a possible cause.
