Skeletally immature patient.
Varus deformity of the proximal tibia.
Sclerosis and depression of the proximal tibial metaphysis, more on the medial aspect.
Case Discussion
Blount's disease is a pediatric condition resulting from local disturbance of growth of the medial proximal tibial epiphysis that results in a varus deformity (tibia vara).
The adolescent form (as in this case) invariably occurs in obese children.
