The frontal view demonstrates an abnormal left knee with:
- tibial shaft is in the varus position "tibia vara"
- decreased thickness with a wedge-shaped of the medial tibial epiphysis
- depressed adjacent medial tibial metaphyses with a beak-shape protuberance
- compensatory hypertrophy of the medial femoral condyle
- the metaphyseal-diaphyseal angle of Drennan was at 30º
