Presentation

Significant bilateral leg bowing and difficulty walking.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The legs are bowed outwards with associated coxa valga. Genu valga noted associated with beaking of the proximal tibial metaphysis on both sides, symmetrically, and underdeveloping of the epiphysis.

No visible growth arrest lines or acetabular protrusion.
