Presentation

Leg bowing. No pain. Similar history in brother who had corrective surgery.

Gender: Female
x-ray

The tibial shafts are in varus position. The proximal tibial metaphysis has a beak like protuberance bilaterally. Angle of Drennan measure 15º on both sides.
