- Large right posterolateral diaphragmatic defect is seen passing the right hepatic lobe & multiple small intestinal loops with its mesentery as well as parts of the ascending and transverse colon into the right hemithorax.
- Subsequent hypoplasia of the right lung is seen sparing apical and anterior segments of upper lobe as well as markedly reduced volume of the middle lobe which presents diffuse ground glass veiling.
