A 25 mm defect is present at the posterolateral aspect of the left hemidiaphragm that some omental fat herniated through it into the left hemithorax inferring Bochdalek hernia.

Bochdalek hernia is the most common type of congenital diaphragmatic hernia due to a defect in the posterior attachment of the diaphragm.
