Small right pneumothorax.
Right pleural effusion.
Apparent right medial basal collapse/consolidation.

Extensive pneumomediastinum, centered around the distal esophagus.
Very large right pleural effusion, with some dependent hyperdense material (oral contrast - omnipaque).
Right sided pneumothorax.
Small left pleural effusion.

Post-operative Gastrografin esophogram. T-tube in-situ. No contrast leak.
Case Discussion
This patient had a right sided esophageal tear.
(Most cases are left sided).
