Headache. Taking OCP ?dural venous sinus thrombosis.

Gender: Female
Modality: CT

No filling defect within the dural venous sinuses or superficial cortical veins.

Metal implant in the inferior right parietal bone. 

Case Discussion

The metal implant is for a bone-anchored hearing aid (Baha), they can be used for bilateral or unilateral mixed conductive / sensorineural or isolated conductive hearing loss.
