An intramedullary expansible central bone lesion in the meta-diaphysis of the right tibia with no extension to the growth plate. It demonstrates high signal intensity on T2WI, low signal intensity in T1WI and element of hemorrhage. After contrast administration, it shows septal enhancement with no appreciated soft tissue enhancement, bone marrow edema nor bone destruction.
Case Discussion
A simple bone cyst is a benign bone lesion frequently seen in the proximal femur and humerus bones. Usually, treatment is not required in asymptomatic cases as in the above case.
