Heterogeneous bone marrow texture of the distal femur and proximal tibia with serpiginous areas of sclerosis.

mri

Bilateral symmetrical metaphyseal bone marrow geographic areas with serpiginous sclerotic margins, seen at the distal tibia and proximal tibia.

Case Discussion

Typical radiographic features of bone infarctions around both knee joints. The medullary lesions have serpiginous borders, metaphyseal in location and are symmetrical.
