Chest pain and shortness of breath.

Gender: Female
Modality: X-ray

Well defined sclerotic lesion with a granular appearance in the left humeral metaphysis.

Heart size upper limit of normal.

Lungs clear.

Case Discussion

The typical appearances of an incidental bone infarct in a common site in the humeral metaphysis.

Always check the edges of films on final review.
