There are bilateral serpiginous bands of sclerosis within the proximal tibiae and distal femora.
Bilateral signs of knee osteoarthritis, worse in the left knee.
Case Discussion
This patient had a history of long-term steroid use for autoimmune disease.
Steroids are also associated with obesity; note the thickness of the soft tissues around the knees.
