Two focal areas of sclerosis, involving the right capitate (right side of the reader) and left scaphoid, with no central lucency nor volume loss of mentioned bones. No other bone abnormality is seen.

CT appearance of enostoses or bone islands, which are common benign focal sclerosis, considered as incidental findings and belong to the group of skeletal "do not touch" lesions.
