Presentation

Patient with chronic pelvic pain. History of previous femur fracture 5 years ago. Renal cell carcinoma diagnosed few days before the pelvis x-rays.

Age: 50-55Y
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

Multiple osteolytic lesions in the pelvis and femur. Previous femur fracture, likely a metastasis causing a secondary fracture.

Modality: Ultrasound

Additional Images showing a tumor on the inferior pole of the right kidney. There are small intralesional hypoechoic areas, compatible with tumor necrosis
