Patient with chronic pelvic pain. History of previous femur fracture 5 years ago. Renal cell carcinoma diagnosed few days before the pelvis x-rays.

Multiple osteolytic lesions in the pelvis and femur. Previous femur fracture, likely a metastasis causing a secondary fracture.

Additional Images showing a tumor on the inferior pole of the right kidney with irregular margins, and some anecoic regions, probbale areas of necrosis. There are small intralesional hypoechoic areas, compatible with tumor necrosis.

This case shows large right renal malignancy with extensive bone metastases with pathological fracture of the left femur managed with left hip prosthesis.
