Abnormal avulsion of the anteroinferior labroliagmentous complex along with detached bone fragment. Associated defect of the postrolateral humeral head is seen with no abnormal bone marrow edema. Minimal joint effusion. Minimal filling of the Subacromial-subdeltoid bursa.
Case Discussion
Bony Bankart lesion with Hill-Sachs lesion. Minimal filling of the Subacromial-subdeltoid bursa may suggest bursitis.
