Presentation

Shoulder pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

No dislocation. Fragment at the inferior glenoid consistent with bony Bankart lesion. Large Hill-Sachs lesion identified.

Case Discussion

This shoulder x-ray was taken after an anterior shoulder dislocation was relocated. Bankart and Hill-Sachs lesions are 11x more likely to occur together than as isolated injuries.
