Recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

The anterior inferior glenoid labrum is detached along with a large attached bony fragment due to impaction fracture resulting from anterior dislocation.

Also, subchondral cysts formation and bony irregularities are depicted on the humeral head, reflecting a chronic or recurrent process.
