Presentation

History of recurrent shoulder dislocation for CT evaluation.

Patient Data

Age: 30 year old
Gender: Male

A chipped fracture is seen involving the cortex of the anterior and inferior aspect of the glenoid bone for 8 mm transverse segment with displaced tiny fractured fragments medially together with a wedge-shaped bony defect seen at the posterior and superior aspect of the humeral head showing mild sclerosis and irregularity. 

Case Discussion

Hill-Sachs and bony Bankart lesions represent sequelae of anterior shoulder dislocation.
