Assessment of the shoulder following reduction of dislocated gleno-humeral joint

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Male

Large bony defect arising from the antero-inferior aspect of the glenoid rim occuring at the time of anterior gleno-humeral dislocation ie impaction of the humeral against the glenoid. Note minor Hill-Sachs impaction defect to the postero-superior aspect of the humeral head. Joint is now normally enlocated.
