Age: 80
Gender: Male

There is widespread sclerosis of the pelvis, involving the SI joints. The thoracic and lumbar vertebral bodies appear sclerotic with loss of the pedicles bilaterally.

Case Discussion

 Findings in a patient with prostate cancer consistent with metastatic disease.
