Presentation

Gradual onset abdominal distension

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

There is a superiorly rounded opacity in the lower to central abdomen, displacing the bowel loops.

Large pelviabdominal mass arising from the left ovary with solid nodule on the right inferolateral aspect.

Moderate right sided hydronephrosis secondary to mass effect from the mass. 

Echogenic material within the cyst.
