Index finger deformity after trauma 2 years ago.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

The proximal interphalangeal joint of the index is flexed, with slight hyperextension of the distal interphalangeal joint, in keeping with a boutonniere deformity and disruption of the extensor mechanism.
