The left common carotid artery arises at the point where the innominate artery arises.

Case Discussion

A bovine arch is to the most common variant of the aortic arch, where the brachiocephalic (or innominate) artery shares a common origin with the left common carotid artery, i.e. the left common carotid artery arises at the point where the innominate artery arises.
