Case Discussion
Bovine arch is the most common variant anatomy of the aortic arch with an incidence of about 15–20% in the literature.
Sometimes termed “truncus bicaroticus” refers to the origin of the left common carotid artery (CCA) from the ostium of the brachiocephalic artery, without a true trunk.
