The left common carotid artery had a common origin with the right common carotid and subclavian arteries. Features are of a Bovine arch.
Case Discussion
This patient has an incidental finding of a bovine arch. While the common origin of the common carotids is termed bovine, it is actually a misnomer since cattle have a common origin of both common carotids and both subclavian vessels (which is not the case here).
