History of punching a wall.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Transverse fracture of the 5th metacarpal neck is noted with palmar angulation of the distal fragments. There is no apparent intra-articular extension of the fracture consistent with Boxer fracture.
