Fracture of the neck of the 5th metacarpal with palmar with radial angulation.
Case Discussion
Fractures of the neck of the 5th metacarpal are a result of axial loading to the bone. Often seen in the context of punching injuries, 95% of those experiencing this trauma are young adult males.
