Boxer fracture

Transverse fracture is seen at the neck of the 5th metacarpal bone with slightly palmar angulation of the distal segment. There is no apparent intra-articular extension of the fracture. Adjacent soft tissue thickening noted.
No other concomitant fractures seen.
