A comminuted fracture is noted at the neck of the 5th metacarpal with palmar angulation of the distal fracture fragment and intra-articular extension.
Non-displaced fracture is noted at the base of the 4th metacarpal bone.
Case Discussion
This case illustrates the appearance of a boxer fracture, but the patient claimed that he had been fallen in the bathroom 1 week back, and there was no history of assault.
Slightly new callus formation is noted.
