Boxer fracture

There is a transverse fracture of the neck of the metacarpal with palmar angulation of the distal fracture fragment. There is intra-articular extension of the fracture.
Adjacent soft tissue thickening noted.
No other concomitant fractures seen.

Mild callous formation noted.
