History of traumatic injury 6 months back. Right shoulder paralysis.

There are avulsions of the right C6 and C7 root sleeves. 
An avulsion pseudomeningocele formation is noted at right C6/7 level.
The adjacent muscles are intact with no signs of atrophy or edema.
Cervical spinal cord is normal in morphology and signal intensity.
Cervico-occipital junction is intact.
