Right brachial plexus:
A fluid collection is noted adjacent to disrupted /discontinuous trunks, divisions and cords of
right brachial plexus, which is bulky, edematous with T2W, STIR hyperintensities.
An ill-defined T2W hyper intensity is noted along the C8 exiting nerve root on right side- likely
pseudo meningocele at the site of C8 nerve root avulsion.
T2W, STIR hyperintensities are also noted in thickened roots of right brachial plexus with
possible disruption of the C6, C7, and C8 nerve roots .
Case of traumatic postganglionic plexopathy in young man .
MRI clearly depicts nerve root avulsion injuries with psudomeningocele.
