Left-sided arm swelling. History of gastric carcinoma.

Gender: Female

CT Angiogram Chest and Neck

Occlusion with no contrast within the left brachiocephalic vein, the left internal jugular vein and the left subclavian vein. Enlarged lymph nodes on the left are thought to represent metastatic disease.
