Early closure of bilateral coronal and lambdoid sutures is noted resulting abnormal shape of the skull the so called brachycephaly.
Significant brain parenchymal loss is noted.
Case Discussion
Early closure of the cranial sutures, more over to the abnormality in the shape of skull, can result in severe irreversible brain damage as in this case.
