Foot trauma. Fracture?

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Short third metatarsal.  The phalanges of the third digit are normal.

No acute bony injury.

Case Discussion

Brachymetatarsia is an inherited condition and usually an incidental finding.
